Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Chapter 11 - Recall Your Origin of Oneness
Spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen relates to meditation as a metaphor for enlightenment and... a practice for life.
Indeed that is what meditation is; you meditate to remind yourself that you are not a prisoner. It is a posture of freedom.
In chapter 11 of The Uncommon Path you learn how to recall your origin of oneness. The Third Insight reveals that your true nature is not the constant movement of the mind. Your true nature is one of great peace, ease and joyfulness in which all creativity arises. This video dialog describes simple yet powerful practice of stillness meditation. Usually, it is the first place you will come face-to-face with the true force of the ego in you. In stillness meditation, you practice recognizing and practising a position of no relationship with the ego-mind so that when you encounter it in your daily life you will have the self-confidence and ability to let it be as it is. Meditation is a practice you need to adopt so you can engage in awakened life.

Rob McNamara - Make strength training your spiritual practice
Meditation, Strength Training, and eventually every step you make is in your quest to become what we are here for; We are here for excellence, and it is also, as McNamara frame in "Strength to Awaken", - "Your greatest liberation conducted into your greatest most unique service, or contribution."
Here is the missing discussion; How to engage training, engage resistance and practice to participate with the immediacy of what is now.

"The Evolution of Response" by Aikido Sensei Miles Kessler
"The Evolution of Response" by Miles Kessler Sensei, the founder and director of Integral Dojo in Tel Aviv, Israel. An Evolutionary Aikido and Dharma Teacher, and a dear spiritual friend.
Miles spent a few hours in Zurich, on his way to teach in a Europe. It was a beautiful spring day, and we took a walk by the lake. I asked Miles to talk a little about Aikido. I had no idea... Aikido is indeed a Martial Art, just like I already knew, but it is also a lot more.
In Aikido, you shift your perspective to where you are actually at one with the other person. Aikido happens in relationship. It is about Awakened Relationship, eventually creating an awake and aware system. A system with its own intelligence. It is like awakened inspired musical jam session, creating an inter subjective space...

Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Chapter 9 - The First Insight - Renounce Conditioned Motives
Your awakening can be expressed with great ease, after you create new structures in your subjective consciousness. This can enable you, ridding yourself of all oppinions formerly accepted, even if never before objectified. Bringing the influences of concealed conditioning to your attention is one half of this task. Then comes the "letting go" of these influences.
This is a process of identification and renunciation. This can be done by bringing the unhealthy-ego into the light of awareness, where it cannot survive. This create the space needed for your awakening to flourishes.
The First Insight contains an exercise that is based on Ken Wilber's 4 Quadrants, comprising of several hundred statements. Each statement brings you to a point of objectivity on the possible presence of concealed conditioning in everyday circumstances. All major aspects of life are addressed, including: spirituality, family, relationships, career and money.

Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Chapter 12 - The Fourth Insight - Relate as Your Full Potential
Chapter 12 describes a spontaneous emergence of your full potential. This awakened state will emerge by itself, if it is what you chose to become. It is entirely dependent upon the extent of your engagement with the preceding three Insights in the book. The Fourth Insight includes every aspect of your life, and its emergence becomes the foundation for our engagement with other people, expressing your full potential, as a foundation to your Awakened Relationships. Our being becomes a living examples of the infinite creative potential inherent in each of us.
The Fourth Insight reveals the possibility of a new world. It confirms your availability to Awakened Relationship. This is the future of humanity. With the understanding, and the experience of Oneness, you can merge with, evolve and expand the waves of unity consciousness that are appearing in our world - not so much for your personal good, but for the sake of humanity.

In this chapter you will learn to recognize the emergence of "your" awakened life. You will learn how to practice awakened compassion, and how to transmit awakened love in all your relationships. In short... you will recognize the power and potential of Awakened Relationship and know how to come together with other people, beyond the small ego identity.
Time to express our full potential.
