Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Introduction
The Introduction starts with a radical distinction between conceptual-free-will and conscious-free-will, which forms the basis for the entire book. This sets the stage for your awakening to flourish as you integrate the unfolding perspectives into your current ways of being.

Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Chapter 11 - Recall Your Origin of Oneness
Spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen relates to meditation as a metaphor for enlightenment and... a practice for life.
Indeed that is what meditation is; you meditate to remind yourself that you are not a prisoner. It is a posture of freedom.
In chapter 11 of The Uncommon Path you learn how to recall your origin of oneness. The Third Insight reveals that your true nature is not the constant movement of the mind. Your true nature is one of great peace, ease and joyfulness in which all creativity arises. This video dialog describes simple yet powerful practice of stillness meditation. Usually, it is the first place you will come face-to-face with the true force of the ego in you. In stillness meditation, you practice recognizing and practising a position of no relationship with the ego-mind so that when you encounter it in your daily life you will have the self-confidence and ability to let it be as it is. Meditation is a practice you need to adopt so you can engage in awakened life.

Guided Mindfulness Meditation with Miles Kessler Sensei
A simple, very powerful, 20 minutes guided Mindfulness Meditation with Dharma teacher and Aikido Sensei Miles Kessler. After a 90 second description you will be guided by Miles into a 20 minutes, easy to follow, Mindfulness Meditation session.
Note that this guided meditation was recorded outdoor, by the lake side of Zurich, Switzerland. You are about to hear the sound of the nature, including sounds made by human...:) Let it be!

Meditation makes it possible for us to experience the deepest part of ourselves. Only then we are able to engage in life beyond the narcissistic self, and be fully functional human beings, creating a better future for us all. (As add-on "side effects", meditation is also known, and proved scientifically, to improve our mental and physical health, and make us feel a lot happier...:).

So, find yourself a quit place, sit in a comfortable position, and... follow the instructions.

Integrate and embrace - an excerpt from an awakenedTV talk with Sensei Miles Kessler.
Aikido Sensei, Miles Kessler, is a Dharma Teacher, and the director of the Integral Dojo, Tel-Aviv. Miles is also a good spiritual friend. On his latest teaching tour, he visited Zurich, and I was lucky to enjoy a short walk with him, on a sunny afternoon...
We were talking about life, evolution, the future, spiritual practice, music, and of course Aikido. Someone happened to have had an awakenedTV video camera... :) I will share it all!
This video clip is an excerpt of our conversation. Miles explain the need to integrate levels of development. Not only accept but embrace and integrate. As an example he ask me to tell him about my feeling when going to a synagog.
