Integrate and embrace - an excerpt from an awakenedTV talk with Sensei Miles Kessler.
Aikido Sensei, Miles Kessler, is a Dharma Teacher, and the director of the Integral Dojo, Tel-Aviv. Miles is also a good spiritual friend. On his latest teaching tour, he visited Zurich, and I was lucky to enjoy a short walk with him, on a sunny afternoon...
We were talking about life, evolution, the future, spiritual practice, music, and of course Aikido. Someone happened to have had an awakenedTV video camera... :) I will share it all!
This video clip is an excerpt of our conversation. Miles explain the need to integrate levels of development. Not only accept but embrace and integrate. As an example he ask me to tell him about my feeling when going to a synagog.

Awakening to The Uncommon Path - Chapter 11 - Recall Your Origin of Oneness
Spiritual teacher Andrew Cohen relates to meditation as a metaphor for enlightenment and... a practice for life.
Indeed that is what meditation is; you meditate to remind yourself that you are not a prisoner. It is a posture of freedom.
In chapter 11 of The Uncommon Path you learn how to recall your origin of oneness. The Third Insight reveals that your true nature is not the constant movement of the mind. Your true nature is one of great peace, ease and joyfulness in which all creativity arises. This video dialog describes simple yet powerful practice of stillness meditation. Usually, it is the first place you will come face-to-face with the true force of the ego in you. In stillness meditation, you practice recognizing and practising a position of no relationship with the ego-mind so that when you encounter it in your daily life you will have the self-confidence and ability to let it be as it is. Meditation is a practice you need to adopt so you can engage in awakened life.

Integral Dojo Israel - A Great place to create the future
Spring 2012 - My spiritual friend Aikido Sensei Miles Kessler, the director of the new Tel Aviv Integral Dojo, came to Switzerland for a short teaching tour. We took a walk by the lake of Zurich enjoying the beautiful day, talking about Integral, the future of humanity, and the Integral Dojo in Tel Aviv. We decided to video for awakenedTV a short introduction to Aikido.
So, me and Miles got ready for the talk, the camera was rolling, and... my son Reuven was passing by the lake, and joined us for a few minutes. A few days before, both of my sons came back from a 5 month study in Israel. Both took the time to visit Integral Dojo activities in Tel Aviv.
The conversation with Reuven turned to be a good example for the good work done in Israel by Miles and the Integral Dojo.
The future coming ahead with the open mined young generation, and the teaching by the older guys, planting the seeds, looks great.

Spirit in Action - The Future Generation
"The Evolution of Response" by Aikido Sensei Miles Kessler
"The Evolution of Response" by Miles Kessler Sensei, the founder and director of Integral Dojo in Tel Aviv, Israel. An Evolutionary Aikido and Dharma Teacher, and a dear spiritual friend.
Miles spent a few hours in Zurich, on his way to teach in a Europe. It was a beautiful spring day, and we took a walk by the lake. I asked Miles to talk a little about Aikido. I had no idea... Aikido is indeed a Martial Art, just like I already knew, but it is also a lot more.
In Aikido, you shift your perspective to where you are actually at one with the other person. Aikido happens in relationship. It is about Awakened Relationship, eventually creating an awake and aware system. A system with its own intelligence. It is like awakened inspired musical jam session, creating an inter subjective space...

Awakening Relationships was the first video dialog done at awakenedTV. It all started with my wish to share with the worlAwakening Relationships was the first video dialog done at awakenedTV. It all started with my wish to share with the world what I have just discovered at that time; now it is already a year after, and I am convinced more then ever that awakened relationship, Is the future of humanity.
It this video dialog I am talking with author Mick Quinn, about chapter 8 of his book The Uncommon Path.
In this chapter, the types of relationships that are significant to awakening are defined. For the sake of this work, relevant relationships are those most pertinent to your search for and/or progression along your chosen spiritual path. Chapter 8 continues with an exercise that helps you identify all of your relevant relationships.
The goal of this chapter is to prepare you to relate with other people as an awakened person, in relationships that are free from personal conflict. These types of interactions hold the keys to a new world for all of humanity.
This chapter shows you how identify the ego in your most important relationships and how to evolve the basis of those interactions. When a true shift in consciousness has occurred, conflict in your primary relationships will dissolve. This chapter shows you how you can end all superfluous suffering in your personal and business relationships. d what I have just discovered at that time; now it is already a year after, and I am convinced more then ever that awakened relationship,...
